Hosting and server logs

This page is hosted by STRATO GmbH, Otto-Ostrowski-Straße 7, 10249 Berlin, Germany (STRATO privacy notice). On each visit the server records technical data such as IP address, date and time, requested page and browser. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR, to operate the page securely.

Contact form

If you write to us through the form, we process what you enter: name (optional), phone or WhatsApp, where and when you found it, photo (optional) and message. We use this only to handle your report and hand over the reward. Legal basis: your consent, Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR, which you can withdraw at any time.

Your report is not stored on the website. It is sent by email to trovato@borsadimarco.com and forwarded to a Gmail mailbox (Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland), which Marco Weimar and one other person helping with the search can access. Google may also process data outside the EU. We delete the data once the search has ended, after 6 months at the latest, unless the law requires otherwise.

WhatsApp, phone and email

If you use the WhatsApp button, the WhatsApp app (Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd.) opens. Only then does WhatsApp receive data, under its own terms. We use what you send us by WhatsApp, phone or email only to handle your report. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.

Map

When the map comes into view, your browser loads map images from OpenStreetMap (OpenStreetMap Foundation, St John's Innovation Centre, Cowley Road, Cambridge, CB4 0WS, United Kingdom). Your IP address is transmitted for this purpose. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR, to show the route. The list of stops below the map is available without the map.

Your rights

You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection, and you can withdraw your consent. You can also complain to a supervisory authority. Just write to trovato@borsadimarco.com.
